Suspension of Voting Rights.
The Turnberry HOA, in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association
(V.4) and as authorized by Florida State Statutes (720.305(4)), will
suspend the voting rights of any member during any period in which the
member is more than 90 days in default in payment of any assessment
levied by the Association.
